Policies

  • Hourly package includes your time for set up and tear down. Any over time is charged in 5 minute increments.
  • 50% of your rental package is due upon booking. Remaining balance is due 72 hours before booking. Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Booking can be rescheduled with no additional fees if 3 business days notice is given. Less than 3 business days notice of reschedule will incur a 15% surcharge. Less than 24 hours notice of reschedule will incur a 50% surcharge.
  • Upgrades for newborn props must also add Laundry Service if using fabric for newborn posing backdrops, wraps, diaper covers, swaddles and rompers.
  • Babies must wear a diaper for newborn posing on fur, flokatis and hard props.
  • No glitter, confetti, fake snow, water portraits, milk baths, open flames or pyrotechnics are permitted.
  • Pet dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. Please contact us with breed, age and temperament to discuss. A $500 deposit will be due before the rental date to cover cleaning and potential damage. The deposit will be returned upon inspection after the rental period. Cats will not be permitted. Service animals with proper documentation are exempt from this policy and do not require a damage/cleaning deposit.
  • Weekend Premium is applicable for rentals on all Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays.
  • No affixing backdrops, posters, signs, etc to any walls. A stand-alone backdrop stand can be added to your rental if needed.
  • Furniture in the front room may not be rearranged.

Yes! Please schedule a time HERE to tour the meeting space and studio.

Your rental period will start and end on time per your rental agreement. Any overtime will be charged in 5 minute increments.

Yes! There are two reserved spaces (one in front of the doors, and one on the other side of the lot) that are marked reserved for Diamondview Photography. You may also use free street parking if additional vehicles will be parking.

Most likely, yes. Pet dogs will require special permission based on breed and temperament. A $500 damage/cleaning deposit is due at booking, which will be returned following your rental period upon satisfactory inspection. Service animals are exempt.

Use of our newborn props can be added to your rental package as an upgrade. You will also require Laundry Service as an upgrade if you are using newborn posing fabric, swaddles, wraps, diaper covers and/or rompers.
