The health and safety of our clients is of utmost importance. In addition to our already-strict health and safety protocols, we have implemented some new guidelines to ensure we are taking all reasonable precautions to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are happy to discuss any questions or concerns about these policies.

Prior to the session you will be sent an online self-screening questionnaire to ensure that no one is sick, has any symptoms or has been exposed to others with possible COVID-19 or other contagious diseases.
Everyone visiting the studio will be screened for fever/high temperature with a contactless thermometer upon arrival.
If I am sick or have been in contact with a sick person I stay home and will contact my client(s) to postpone the session. If you or anyone participating in the session is sick or has come in contact with a sick person you stay home and contact us as soon as possible.
We offer access to a hand washing station or disinfectant and we make sure it is used by everyone before and after the session.
More frequent hand washing or disinfecting will be required during studio newborn sessions.
Only small groups will be permitted in the studio – nuclear families only, and no extra ‘helpers’.
masks and other ppe
Everyone must wear a mask covering both the mouth and nose. Exception for no mask requirement for those under the age of two years.
Added Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be used by the photographer and assistant(s) when physical distancing is not possible. Examples of added PPE may include goggles, face shield and/or apron.
A distance of 2 metres (6 feet) between photographer/assistant and clients at all times. Special exceptions will be made for newborn sessions.
Studio ionic air purifier and surface sanitizer which reduces unwanted contaminants using ionization technologies to break down pollutants on a molecular level. To name just a few of its features, our new system reduces indoor VOC irritants; reduces virus and bacteria in the air and on surfaces; as well as addresses allergens such as dust.
Session times will be kept as short as possible to eliminate unnecessary added exposure.
All props, textiles and fabrics are sanitized between each use. Items that cannot be properly sanitized will not be used.
Shoes come off at the door when entering the home studio.

At least 24 hours between studio clients to ensure ample time to thoroughly sanitize the space and items.
Between clients, the studio, washroom, common areas and all surfaces are disinfected.
All print orders will either be picked up from the studio porch at a pre-scheduled time, or shipped if requested at the time of order. Print orders might be delayed due to additional ship time requirements.
Ordering will be done online through a private gallery. Payment is made via contactless methods only.
